MEMBER'S PARKING

Because a luxury mall experience begins at the parking lot

Plan your next visit using Phoenix Nhance, at Phoenix Palladium & we'll reserve a parking slot just for you.

 

  1. Download Phoenix Nhance from your App store
  2. Sign up and become Nhance Member
  3. Click on Members Parking button on the Home Screen
  4. Click on Book Member’s Parking
  5. Select your arrival time slot for the day
  6. Add your vehicle number below or select your car if it is already added
  7. Click on Book Members Parking
  8. Your booking details will be displayed on screen, Click on confirm
  9. That’s it, you will get your parking ticket on your screen, show the same at P5 parking and park your car in the specially designated member's parking area.

 

Please note: Your parking slot remains active for 30 mins only. If you do not use your allotted parking ticket within 30 mins of booking, your slot expires & you would have to re-book your parking slot.

 

SHOP & DROP

Because why lug your shopping bags around when we can seal and store them safely for you

With Phoenix Nhance at your fingertip, we bring to you the ease and comfort of dropping your bags at our Help Desk and enable you to shop till you drop.

 

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE:

 

  • Download Phoenix Nhance from your App store
  • Sign up and become Nhance Member
  • When all set to spend time shopping in Phoenix Palladium, visit our Help Desks located at Palladium Atrium, East Zone or in Grand Zone
  • Click on SHOP & DROP icon on the home page and show your customer QR code to the Help Desk Manager
  • The Manager will collect your bag and place it securely in a tamper proof locked bag
  • Post shopping, to collect your bags, please show the QR code again
